 Dunn's villa requires 50% down within 10 days of making your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation. The balance of your reservation including tax/service charge is due 45 days prior to arrival. If travelling during the Christmas/New Years time period, the balance including tax/service charge is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please make checks payable to Dunn's Villa & Resort Hotel. All cancellations must be made IN WRITING, and mailed to us promptly. Once Dunn's Villa has received your deposit, if you cancel your reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival, there is no penalty off the total room charge. If you cancel within 45 days of arrival, there is a 100% penalty off the total room charge. Christmas/New Years reservations are non-refundable. All reservations made at any discount from our regular rates are non-refundable and must be paid in full within 10 days of making your reservation. |
